how to freeze the first column of a "wide" table created from polars dataframe?

Is there a way to freeze the first column of a horizontally "wide" table with many columns, created from a polars dataframe, like that can be done in Excel? Thanks.

I'd also love if this could be done for rows (i.e. freeze the header and columns for very long tables.
