Console actions option

I am no longer seeing Fix and Explain console actions even though it is enabled.

I am not able to reproduce this so far:

In #9921 we updated these console integration features to not show when:

• Positron Assistant is not enabled at all
• Positron Assistant may be enabled but you don't have any chat models set up

Do either of those apply to you?

I have GitHub Copilot models setup and have everything enabled. Assistant is working fine. I am not sure if this is windows issue.

@Santoshjnawali are you logged into only Copilot, or are you also logged into Anthropic/another provider? If you are only logged into Copilot, I think you're running into #10115
