Tab autocomplete on a new line after Air formatting?

I have loved using Air for code formatting! Is there a way to allow tab suggestions after I've gone to a new line?

EDIT: I recognize this is not a result of Air itself, but the syntax/styling that I have become accustomed to with Air is more what I am referring to. I just happen to run into this more often when I use Air.

😄 Autocomplete shows theme() options

😕 No autocomplete, but would like it to show theme() options

I find myself moving to a new line BEFORE I start typing again. I don't always remember the list of options for a function, and if I move to a new line/save the file and get brought to the next line, I often have to delete to get back to the previous line to get the tab list to appear again.

It is likely difficult to differentiate the indentation from autocompletion, but this would be a nice change/setting if that were possible.

You can specifically trigger the completions you want in the second scenario with Ctrl + Space. I'm not saying that's the definitive answer to this problem, but just wanted you to get unstuck in the present.

I added your info to #4396, which is about the idea of autocomplete not just on one line but across multiple lines. Feel free to add any additional info on your use case there, and in the mean time, @jennybc is right about a workaround that should get you unstuck.
