Data Viewer custom sorting unable to display variables

Hi,

I've had this issue come up quite often especially if I "pop out" the data viewer. When I try to filter in the custom sort, I don't see variables listed. Sometimes when I scroll, the list will refresh, but not always.

Does anyone else get this issue?

Thank you for this report! I can also reproduce this (although I do see the columns populate when I scroll). I opened #8695 to track and prioritize a fix.

Do you sometimes see this even if you have not popped it out to a separate window?

Yes occasionally but more stable when not popped out!
