Parameter renaming in functions for R

Hi,

I often have the situation where I want to change the parameter names of a function. I don't think Positron has an elegant way of doing this, as the rename symbol function given by the R extension on vsc isn't provided.
Still, there are things that rename symbol does that I wish matched the intelliJ capabilities for this (when applied to python). Some that would be useful:

• all code within a function using that parameter will have that parameter name also changed
• roxygen @param block, and mentions to the param within a code block in the function docstring using ` would also be changed.
• All references to that function in a package, that supplies that parameter as a named argument, would also have their name changed.

If the Positron team ever has a chance to reimplement the rename symbols function, and perhaps even provide the niceties mentioned in doing package development, it would be greatly appreciated!
