Add option to filter out code chunks in Outline View

When I have a Quarto Doc sometimes, the unnamed code chunks are distracting from the documents structure.

I usually don't name code-chunks in the beginning, as they change frequently and are somewhat self-documenting.

So I think filtering out the code chunks would work well for me.

It would look closer to this.

That's a great suggestion! Would you mind opening a feature request at https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto please? That's where the LSP and VS Code extension (also used in Positron) live.
