IRRITATING NOISE IN THE POSITRON

MY IDE POSITRON KEEPS MAKING A NOISE THAT IS VERY DISTURBING. THIS NOISE APPEARS WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CODE OR WHEN I RUN THE CODE. I TYPE SOMETHING. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING.

I think it's likely you have turned on some accessibility features for Positron by accident, which we inherit from VS Code:
