Data Viewer default zoom

Is there an option to specifically set a default zoom or font size for the Data Viewer? The font/zoom seems too large and takes up too much space. I'd like to have it more compact so I can see more columns.

I often have to pop out the data viewer and then resize the window that way. But it's a bit roundabout.

We have gotten other similar feedback that the Data Explorer could use a bit of refinement in its use of screen space. I have opened #9375 to track and prioritize this work.
