Console - "Starting Up"

I was trying to move from RStudio to Positron. Sadly, RStudio seems not to recognize the installed R or Python. When I start Positron, there is just written "Starting Up" in the "Console". When I try to submit Code, there is the following warning "Cannot execute code because there is no registered runtime for the 'plaintext' language.", even if I open up an R-File. Rstudio works just fine.

By accident I was able to solve the problem by myself. I somehow entered the restricted Mode, which led to this problem. After exitin, everything is now working just fine.

In that mode, you cannot start up a console or run any code.
