Request for Windows on ARM64 support

Hi Positron team,

Thank you for providing such a great tool!
I’m currently using Windows on ARM64 (Surface Laptop) and would love to use Positron natively on my device.

At the moment, the available Windows installer seems to support only x64, and the x64 build does not run on my ARM64 Windows machine.
It would be extremely helpful if you could provide a Windows ARM64 build or plan support for ARM-based Windows devices.

Many developers are starting to use ARM-based Windows laptops, so official ARM64 support would make Positron accessible to more users.
