Using keyboard shortcut to insert breakpoints also adds breakpoint symbol at the end of the line

Describe the issue:

Inserting/removing breakpoints by clicking on the left of the line number works fine.

However, using the "Shift+F9" shortcut to insert one at the current line also adds the breakpoint symbol at the end of the line, which is unexpected.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Take any R code, press "Shift + F9" to insert a breakpoint.

Expected or desired behavior:

No breakpoint symbol inserted at the end of the line.

Were there any error messages in the UI, Output panel, or Developer Tools console?

I also noticed that breakpoints inserted by clicking on the left of the line number stick to their place, but those inserted with "Shift+F9" move when I press "Enter" and do not go back to their place after formatting:

I believe this is actually a feature! These are called "inline breakpoints":
https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/debugtest/debugging#_inline-breakpoints

If you want to set a regular (non-inline) breakpoint, you'll want to use regular F9.

You're right, I didn't know inline breakpoints were a thing so I stopped at the first shortcut that appeared.
