Any provider, but occurs more often when several providers are in the model dropdown in chat

Describe the issue:

Provider icons are missing or rendered incorrectly in the chat model selector dropdown.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Posit AI icon

1. Enable and sign into the Posit AI provider
2. Open up the model dropdown and see the icon is incorrect

Other provider icons

1. Enable other providers and sign into them
2. Open up the model dropdown and scroll up and down, usually 1 or more providers will be missing their icon even if the icons were visible when first opening the dropdown
3. Close and repeat (2) to see the missing icon issue for other providers

Expected or desired behavior:

Provider icons should always display correctly in the model dropdown.

Were there any error messages in the UI, Output panel, or Developer Tools console?
