Should remove Claude 3.5 Sonnet v1 and v2 Bedrock models

I got an email from AWS that says that they're sunsetting Claude 3.5 Sonnet v1 in Bedrock, so we should remove it. (v2 is still available.)

We are contacting you because you have used model ID 'anthropic.claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620-v1:0' [1] on Amazon Bedrock in the past 30 days. Anthropic has decided to sunset this model in US-EAST-1, US-EAST-2, US-WEST-2, EU-CENTRAL-1, EU-CENTRAL-2, EU-WEST-1, EU-WEST-3 on December 1, 2025. For customers needing more time to migrate beyond December 1, 2025, Anthropic will be offering extended access with premium pricing until March 1, 2026. After March 1, 2026, this model will no longer be available for use in listed regions and requests made to this model ID will fail.

Important dates:

• December 1, 2025: Extended access begins with premium pricing.
• March 1, 2026: This model will no longer be available for use in listed regions and requests made to this model ID will fail.

Updated Pricing for On Demand Inference (Effective December 1, 2025):

• Input tokens: $0.006 per 1,000 tokens
• Output tokens: $0.030 per 1,000 tokens

Related: I'm getting the following with 3.5 v1 in Positron 2025.11.0-21 as of Monday, October 6, 2025 at 04:38:26 PM EDT. No errors with 3.5 v2 at this time.
