Completely missing documentation for `ui.tags`

https://shiny.posit.co/py/api/core/ui.tags.html

#67 shows that this used to be a list of the possible tags. It is currently completely blank and https://github.com/posit-dev/py-shiny-site/edit/main/api/core/ui.tags.qmd which is linked via the "Edit this page" button is a 404
