feat: Allow pasting images from the clipboard to the ui.Chat. #1823
Description
I'm working on an LLM application where I'd like to be able to pass images and text as input to an LLM.
I'd like to be able to paste a clipboard of an image, similar to how it's possible to do in claude.ai app and also github issue editor!
Internally, I'd expect the image would be made available somehow. Perhaps having it encoded as base64 would be a valid approach.
