[Feature]: `session.bookmark.update_user_clipboard(url)`

This should show a notification and then update the user clipboard.

This would allow us to set the default session.bookmark.on_bookmarked() callback that will

await session.bookmark.update_query_string(url)
await session.bookmark.update_user_clipboard(url)
