ScanPy DotPlot() escapes reactivity

I recently added a plotting page using ScanPy's DotPlot class to my shiny app. Generation of the plot is behind a run button. However, after generating the plot the for first time, subsequent changes to the options provided to the plot via input_selectize() selections cause to plot to automatically regenerate each time the options change. Interestingly, it seems like when I run my app locally vs. run it via shinyproxy for hosting, locally a python plotting instance shows up in my Macbook's home bar. It seems like maybe this is some kind of interactive plotting session that is escaping shiny's reactivity?

Hi @hwismer, thanks for reporting. Unfortunately we're unlikely to be able to diagnose with issue without a reproducible example.

Closing because I'm no longer using the function due to inefficiency. Will keep in eye open for how plotting instances in python work with reactive inputs.
