How can one best be notified when this is meant to be an excellent distribution of Emacs?

From `README.md`:
> This is not meant to be an excellent distribution of Emacs yet.

- From the "yet," I assume there is interest in making the opposite true (is this assumption correct?). 
- As per the issue title, how can one best be notified when this is meant to be an excellent distribution of Emacs?
