Multiple servers ... all pending status

I have 2 servers, both running fine.

I noticed if server A has large request which keeps the status on pending status for a while, server B is equally in pending status even though it has just 5 emails to deliver.

How can I prioritise server B to deliver without having to wait for server A emails to finish. I actually though that was one of the reason of have multiple servers.

I don't think this is possible but do you need to scale up the number of workers you have?

I thought as much, we just setup a new server(sub domain) for transactional. We can then scale it up independently

But I think it is something to think about...
