It sounds like your server provider isn't allowing you to send emails or you have some kind of firewall or network issue. You should contact your server provider to ask what is happening. |

If you're seeing that error after adding a new IP to your IP Pool, it’s likely due to incomplete configuration – especially missing DNS or PTR records, or the IP not being properly assigned on the server level. Hi @willpower232 please help me i am adding one additional ip i injected it in my servers and also added in ip pools but i tried sending mail by the new ip and i am getting below error and softfail please provide me solution or steps to resolve this issue.
No SMTP servers were available for gmail.com. Tried gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com, alt1.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com, alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com, alt3.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com, and alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com.
