feat(dashboards): widen tuple panels and move bloat after size

Dashboard 10 (Index Health):
- Widen "tuples read" and "tuples fetched" panels to full width (w=24)
- Move "Estimated bloat stats" section right after "Size stats"

Dashboard 8 (Table Stats):
- Move "Estimated bloat stats" section right after "Size stats"

Dashboard 11 (Single Index):
- Move "Estimated bloat stats" section right after "Size stats"

This improves analysis by placing size and bloat metrics adjacent,
allowing users to see size drops when bloat is reduced.
