Improve README and documentation

- Rewrite README with comprehensive command reference, versioning docs, and MSBuild SDK files
- Document AutoUpdatedVersions.props, AutoUpdateVersion, MainVersionDependency, and bump workflow
- Update doc/dependencies.md with current Metalama 2026.0 dependency graph
- Fix typos in doc/vision.md and update doc/readme.md reading order
