Upgrading to 0.13+ breaks vite dev server: Do not know how to load path: html:/__/vue-router/auto/route-block

Any version newer than 0.12.0 will break the vite dev server for me, giving the following error:

✘ [ERROR] Do not know how to load path: html:/__/vue-router/auto/route-block

Any idea what could be causing this?

Building it without the dev server works just fine.

I'm having the same problem.

It's a pity both have been relegated to discussion as I suspect that this needs addressing as an issue with the project itself rather than a "how to". I've explored in depth both on my own and with an LLM and don't see any solutions other than downgrading just now.
