I started fresh a new club, and we will not have trained accountant (I'm also not trained only self trained)

Describe the solution you'd like
I wish to have the possibility to give every movement of money several tags and be able to track what we do this way. Every tag collect the amount of money we booked on it.
From this Tags auto create a financial statement page. On this page allow to add new tags and drag-and-drop tags onto tags to get a hierarchical tag. That way you get a nice and short ** financial statement**.

  • every money movement get at least one or more tags
  • every tag contain Tag name, description and tag priority
  • a Tag get auto moved into a tag archive if not anymore used
  • while creating new tag, propose (but not force) tags used in other Nextcloud apps like calendar.
  • If you add a new money movement, you get tag proposals in a hierarchic view that reflect the current financial statement
  • have a permanent and updated financial statement page which could be exportet into a PDF
  • The financial statement page auto collect all money movements and categorize it by the highest hierarchy in tag and Tag Priority.
  • The financial statement shows days since last end of financial year and days until end of actual financial year
  • a widget that shows a compact financial statement for the club board memebers (nextcloud group)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Work with accounts and virtual subaccounts like accounting tutorials tells. In my mind this is near a tag system. But it seems not flexible enough for a Club. Cause of that I still do it in excel and my Excel autogenerate a financial statement and a budget difference page which I could use on club board meetings.

Additional context
Currently, I do it on Excel and have a tag system there, where I create a financial statement dynamical in excel with excel VLOOKUP. It works nice, and I could adjust all tags easy.

At moment, I did not mention a Budget page, but the next level would be, to have one or more budget pages where you could define financial goals per tag and see how you progress to that goal.
