A FlowsLimitsHolder contains several OperationalLimitsGroup but only one can be active (selected) a time.

A FlowsLimitsHolder contains several OperationalLimitsGroup and several can be active (selected) a time, as some limits can be define in different OperationalLimitsGroup and can be needed at the same time to monitor an element.

Describe the motivation

We want to detect violations for limits that can be in different operational limits groups for an element we may want to check limits violations in several operational limits groups at the same time.

• handle all the active limits groups to detect constraints during security analysis (impacts in open load flow implementation) and for loadflow Security class when checking for limits violations
