On the NAD (nework area diagram) it is possible to display in the middle of a line an arrow to indicate the flow direction on it.

Describe the expected behavior

On the NAD it is possible to display in the middle of a line an arrow, a flash or a lock to indicate the flow direction, a contingency or an outage on it.

Describe the motivation

On the NAD, when a line is disconnected because of a contingency or a planned outage no flow is going through the line and we want to be able to indicate the reason with a flash (for a contingency) or a lock (for a planned outage).
