search on song select gives no results when searched for artist names like TWC Sound Team "Strike Back Squad"
that has Quotation marks when it should give results.

I had a brief look as to whether this can be fixed easily but it's not simple. Fixing would probably involve a lot of messing about related to problems like quote escaping (which we don't have any facility to do right now), or whether phrase filters should work if the phrase being filtered is inside quotes and other punctuation (currently typing something like "Strike Back Squad" in the search box will only match beatmaps where Strike Back Squad is surrounded from both sides by whitespace, so it won't match the beatmap in the OP, because in that case it's surrounded by quotes, etc.)

Just very unpleasant logic to work with and I'd rather not at this time.
