Error template nicer label for only one type

If you only accept one type, the fileValidateTypeLabelExpectedTypes template looks bad

fileValidateTypeLabelExpectedTypes: [
  'Expects {allButLastType} or {lastType}',
  Type.STRING
],

If you only have one type, you wind up with Expects or text/csv for example
