Mac fn keys mapped to a windows keyboard can't map how to make f5 and f6 different? Also how to map keys that don't show up?

I have a macbook pro and I have managed to map all my fn 1-12 keys on my windows laptop except f6 because f5 and f6 show up as the same thing left command space bar. Is there a work around anyone knows of? Also my fn key on my windows keyboard doesn't show up in the event viewer (even under unsupported keys) or on my macbook is there a way to fix that?
