Automatic triages do not seem to be working. For example, when I approve a PR, the PR-approved label is not getting added.

@damiencriado Easiest way to get it working until the main GitHub app is fixed is to follow the contributing steps to setup the server on an AWS EC2 Linux instance (Just use a free tier instance). Lambda is also an option, but can be a bit more involved to setup correctly.
