Inlay hints aren't consistently removed when that feature is disabled #1596
Description
With inlay hints enabled, any of the following commands should cause any inlay hints (type or parameter) on screen to disappear:
:let g:lsp_inlay_hints_enabled=0:call lsp#disable()- (presumably many others)
This isn't the case as of 2025-03-21 (rev. 04428c9).
The hints do disappear when switching between buffers (probably via BufLeave).
