Various UX/UI improvments

Hey, just listing roughly the various potential improvements for the website that were mentioned during the flash meeting 2026.01.14.

. make the decap CMS access more easy -> at the moment we assume everyone have node installed, etc... actually following blindly the README does not suffice (while in an accessible world it should)

. update/removal of the video on the index page
. mention of the different services offered at the studio (design, technologies, print, workshops, ...) linking to members
. thinking of giving a way for non tech participants to upload content without any extra installation (ideally a simple password + login access)
. updating the different events of 2025/ upcommming 2026
. UI improvments on mobile (larger texts, bigger menu buttons)
. removing redundant titles
. managing fonts sizes, getting background to neon green, fun design, etc.

Great stuff! I agree, it would be good to make the CMS more available. I think there's a way to use an external service, currently free like netlify, to make the CMS available over the internet, rather than local.

Sounds great ! Alternatively, hosting it at the studio on a small server ?
On the short term, it seems that simplifying the README is already helping a couple of designers profiles (eg : me, @Martika-lex) to potentially get into it faster and move forward with the rest. Local seems fine at that scope.

Somehow in the README.md the "Decap CMS" installation flow is the part that needs the most clarification.
