Idea: initiate a light-client initiative

User should be able to interact with cardano from a browser without any dependencies on third-parties.
Leverage amaru and others (mithril?) to have a permissionless solution that can start in few seconds.

What do you mean by "interact with amaru"? Amaru is meant to be a node-to-node only node, which precludes any easy form of integration with browser environment (because networking)
