Update the animations for the simulation

Abstract

Since the simulation test has evolved to encompass the full network stack, the previous animations for incoming messages and executed stages need to be updated with:

• New effects
• New stages

Why?

We want to use the simulation test to validate the node behavior.

How?

Fix the HTML animations with the generated data.

Testing Strategy / Acceptance Criteria

Open the animations, load generated data and use it to reason about the simulation:

• Is the generated data interesting?
• Are we seeing good enough execution interleavings?
