Authentication does not work for kubernetes cassandra-service using google-samples image

This issue is related to Issue #1 due to which we switched from docker `cassandra` image to `gcr.io/google-samples/cassandra`. The google samples cassandra image does not have support for cassandra user authentication. Hence the cassandra database does not have any authentication setup in kubernetes cluster.
