Changing Size of Waybar and Applications: How can I change the size of Waybar? Additionally, I would like to know how to adjust the size settings for applications like Firefox.
Improving Monitor Refresh Rate: My second monitor has a relatively low refresh rate. Could someone guide me on how to improve or fix this issue?
Keyboard Layout and Bindings: I need to configure both US and RU keyboard layouts and add custom key bindings. I tried to change this through the hyprland config but was unsuccessful. Could you provide guidance on the correct approach or steps to follow?
Binding Space to Alt Gr: Is there a way to bind the Space key to function as Alt Gr? I would appreciate any guidance on how to set this up.

I’m facing a couple of issues with Waybar and monitor configuration:
Waybar Issue

I receive the following error message:

~/.config/waybar/config.ctl
fish: Unknown command. '/home/holon/.config/waybar/config.ctl' exists but is not an executable file.

It seems that Fish is trying to execute a configuration file as if it were a command. I believe this is due to an incorrect command entry or misunderstanding of file usage.
Monitor Configuration Issue

When I run hyprctl monitors, I get the following output:

I edited monitors.conf with the following settings:

monitor = eDP-1, 1920x1080@120, 0x0, 1
monitor = DP-1, 2560x1440@74.97100, 1920x0,1.6

However, I’m still facing issues with the refresh rate (Hz).

Layout Configuration:
I’m also looking for guidance on how to correctly configure layouts. I found some information on the wiki, but I’m not sure how to apply it to my setup. How do I properly configure the layout settings to ensure everything aligns correctly and functions as expected?

Waybar Configuration: How do I correctly set up the Waybar configuration to avoid the execution error? I believe I need to place the configuration file in the correct directory with the proper name and format.

Monitor Configuration: How can I resolve the refresh rate issue with the monitors? Is there a specific way to ensure that the settings in monitors.conf are applied correctly?

Swap Function: I didn’t find information on where to write a swap function. Could you provide guidance on where and how to implement this?

It is a file where you should edit the layout.
So what I really mean on that image is to run Hyde waybar size 30 (30 being the size). that command will modify the control file

~/.config/waybar/config.ctl

However, I’m still facing issues with the refresh rate (Hz).
I also found out that the fps seems to be normal when nothing is open, but as soon as I open any application, the fps becomes small

my laptop: asus tug gaming f17 (2021) with gtx 1650ti and i7 intel 10th generation, so this cannot be a hardware problem, everything is also well connected and works fine on windows
other issues still there
