"Show hints" slider is inconvenient

If you click on slider and then release button outside the slider, it will never change its state
If you click on slider and then release button inside the slider, it always changes its state (but state should change only when mouse was moved to the correct side)
I will change behaviour of this slider myself

@VictorKubrak seems like the slider button is working properly. I didn't find any issue. :)
