Customize and Download Prebid.js failing for any configuration

Every attempt returns: "{"error":"Prebid file not built properly","requestId":"..."} including previously working configs, or even the default configuration of the page. Happens regardless of the selected version and branch (v11, v10, v9).

This should be resolved now, although it will take a few more minutes for older versions to work.

I was unable to verify it but I suspect the root cause is that the builder service ran out of disk space. Keeping this open to track:

• better monitoring
• investigate whether the cleanup cron job actually keeps disk usage from growing
