[DRAFT] Support Remote SDK Config #1188
Description
Background
Currently, the SDK behaviour is hardcoded and can't be changed in the live application.
In the scope of this feature, we should introduce the Remote Configuration mechanism, which allows changing the SDK behavior on the fly. As a result, publishers will be able to
- switch on / off the units,
- change the refresh rate
- change targeting keywords
- ....
