User Testing Feedback - Crop Calendar

Issue List:

• Remove "crop calendar" view entirely for Hawaii; they did not collect planting date data.
• For the rest of the WCCC, if a CC doesn't have a specified planting date period for the irrigation condition and subregion, filter out the cc (grey it out)
• Return the cover crop names to how they are stored in the source data. We specified names with the commas, i.e., "Triticale, Winter" not "Winter Triticale", the latter is how it is showing in tool now. Hawaii has no data:

Some cc's won't have planting windows for all irrigation conditions and subregions. If there is no planting window, filter it to the bottom and grey out.

Cover crop names have lost the [primary cc name], [modifier] format and are instead [modifier] [primary cc name] format. WCCC wants it to be "Triticale, Winter" not "Winter Triticale".
