How can this error: Unsupported archive type: setuptools be fixed?

I observe very similar issues for:

• dbt-duckdb = "~=1.8.2"
• dbt-core = "~=1.8.5"
• surt = ">=0.3.1,<0.4"
• openmetadata-ingestion = "~=1.4.7.0"
• pyhive = "~=0.7.0"

apparently UV related:

Yep, it's very strange. We've yet to figure out the real reason but it seems to be in sync with us updating to a later version of uv so that's where we're searching.
