Force specific transitive dependency version

For a pixi toml file like:

pip = ">=24.2"

[pypi-dependencies]
pydantic = ">=2"
openmetadata-ingestion = "~=1.4.7.0" # TODO upgrade

[project]
name = "foo"
version = "1.0.0"
description = "baz"
authors = [
  "bar"

platforms = ["linux-64", "win-64", "osx-arm64"]
channels = ["conda-forge", "pytorch"]

I get the error of:

ailed to solve the pypi requirements of 'default' 'linux-64'
  ├─▶ failed to resolve pypi dependencies
  ╰─▶ Because openmetadata-ingestion==1.4.7.0 depends on pydantic>=1.10,<2.dev0 and only the following versions of openmetadata-ingestion are available:
          openmetadata-ingestion<=1.4.7.0
          openmetadata-ingestion>=1.4.8.dev0
      we can conclude that openmetadata-ingestion>=1.4.7.0,<1.4.8.dev0 depends on pydantic>=1.10,<2.dev0.
      And because you require pydantic>=2 and openmetadata-ingestion>=1.4.7.0,<1.4.8.dev0, we can conclude that the requirements are unsatisfiable.
      
      hint: openmetadata-ingestion was requested with a pre-release marker (e.g., openmetadata-ingestion>1.4.7.0,<1.4.8.dev0), but pre-releases weren't enabled (try: `--prerelease=allow`)

other build tools such as maven, gradle allow to change/overwrite &force specific transitive version numbers.

How can I configure a transitive force here in pixi?

There is currently no way to force a version, without the rest of the dependencies agreeing.
