Alternative shell in Windows

I daily drive nushell on Windows.. and it feels horrible going back to command prompt after I hit pixi shell.
I have found peace after running pixi run nu instead of shell..
but can we define somewhere in the pixi.toml file, the default shell to be used (if possible according to OS too)?

Fyi, I found the pixi run bash going though #417
And that nushell does work in pixi tasks in #1844
