Package not found

Please see the following screenshot. I've added the package in the toml but I always got the message saying the package is not found.

Could you send the pixi.toml and the command you run to get into this error?

Here is my pixi.toml.

The command I'm running in the terminal is pixi run snakemake -s test_ADAPTS.smk --cores 8.

I think the problem is traced back to the anndata package, where .h5ad format is converted to a Seurat .rds. Sometimes, it seems that pixi cannot locate some packages from the biocmanager. So I wrote a R script and install the package running pixi run Rscript install_packages.R in the termanal first, which would work.

Here is a simple view of the install_packages.R.
