Expected comparison with Astral pyx?

Hey all. First, love pixi so thanks for making a great tool!

With Astral announcing pyx (https://astral.sh/pyx), I am wondering if you have any expectations/opinions on the relative strengths/weaknesses between pyx and pixi. Perhaps at some point it makes sense to add a mention to the pixi docs similar to the discussions on uv/etc.

Prefix.dev already offers https://prefix.dev/channels, even before we started working on Pixi. This is a better comparison, aspyx is a package registry.

The GPU-aware is something Astral is working on to provide more features that the conda ecosystem already solves. My assumption is that pyx is a place that allows Astral to innovate and test their ideas for improving the pypi package registry. This is the exact reason we build https://prefix.dev/channels.
