How can I tell if it's version 3.14 or 3.14t?

When rebuilding for 3.14t, one of the dependent packages is not supported in Python 3.14t, but it is still possible to make the package available for 3.14t with limitations.
So I tried to do that and couldn't figure out the correct one, and ended up having to temporarily disable it for 3.14 as well.
How can I tell if it's version 3.14 or 3.14t?
