Failure to parse pyagrum wheel tag

Hey folks,

Was using rattler to install a few packages, including pyagrum as a conda package. The installation occurs succesfully.

However, after it. we call find_distributions_in_venv, which is resulting in a failed to parse wheel tag #PYAGRUM_WHEEL_TAGS#.

I recognize uv is preferred to using rip but would appreciate if this was a quick fix that would not force us to migrate out of rip
