Can't Verify installation

I followed all steps, but when I proceed with the verification step I get an error, and I don't know how to resolve it.

Verification failed
We managed to fetch your site, but we couldn't find the corresponding incoming request in our logs. Please make sure that your middleware kicks in for bot requests and rewrites the request to our cloud service properly.

I have also sought help from the site, but haven't heard back yet.

I fixed this issue by temporarily adding a firewall bypass rule in Cloudflare.

You can check your firewall activity log in Cloudflare for the last 30 minutes to see if anything was blocked after triggering it in Prerender. In my case it was:

Rule: 100202
Rule message: Anomaly:Header:User-Agent - Fake Bing or MSN Bot
Rule group: Cloudflare Specials

I just whitelisted the ASN and my verification worked.

Same issue here. Security events log doesn't show any "User-Agent - Fake Bing or MSN Bot" requests. I tried other ASNs from other events but none helped. Any other ideas?
