About training data and `renorm_noise_factor` in `NoiseEnergyModel`

Thank you for your excellent work on this project.

I have a request and a question while reproducing your results:

• In your paper, you mentioned releasing the training data used to generate HER2 binders. However, I wasn’t able to locate it in the data directory. The file data/poas.csv.gz seems to contain paired OAS sequences, but I’m unable to find the HER2 data. Could you please let me know when you plan to release it?

• When using model=noise_ebm, I encounter an attribute error related to renorm_noise_factor in this line. I couldn’t find any reference to renorm_noise_factor except within NoiseEnergyModel. Could you provide a more detailed example on how to properly use NoiseEBM?
