What happened?

When introducing a medium-sized project to hAI for the first time, activating the extension takes longer than usual. During code indexing, the process halts at 50% and throws an error. Upon refreshing, the code indexing restarts at 15%, whereas it is expected to resume from the previous progress point (50%)

Steps to reproduce

Pre-requisite:
Have a Medium-sized project and hai extension installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select "Yes" for code indexing
2. Observe in Output of Code Context for 100%
3. Observe Code Indexing progress bar
4. Error will be observed on 50% of indexing
5. Reload window
6. Error will be disappeared
7. Indexing will start from 15%
